He was an incredibly tall (6'5") broad-shouldered man weighing in at nearly 280 pounds. His most famous role is that of Bomber Busbridge in LG ringtones Auf Wiedersehen, Pet.

Before Pat broke into acting, he was a Cingular Ringtones professional wrestling/wrestler under the name of "Bomber" Roach. He was trained by Alf Kent and his first official wrestling match was against George Selko. While his acting career would be much more successful, Pat held both the British & European Heavyweight Wrestling Championships. He made his acting debut as the red bearded bouncer in the Korova Milkbar in jewelers whose Stanley Kubrick/Stanley Kubrick's peak he A Clockwork Orange in counting art 1971 in film/1971. He became a quick success as the warrior muscle-bound enforcer beside some of Hollywood's biggest actors.
